Accuracy of published information
We publish only what operations can confirm. Package prices, departure dates and seat availability come from our internal system rather than marketing copy, and change as departures fill.
Religious guidance on our guide pages is written for orientation, not as a fatwa. Where practice differs between schools, consult a scholar you trust.
Quotations are not bookings
A quotation states a price and an intent. A booking exists only once it is confirmed by our office and carries a booking reference.
Third-party services
Flights, hotels, ground transport and the Saudi visa process are delivered by third parties whose own conditions apply alongside ours.
Liability and governing law
Limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law are being finalised with counsel before launch.
Pending counsel review before launch — the quotation or booking confirmation you receive states the terms that currently apply.
