A booking that has not yet entered visa processing is the simplest to unwind. Contact the office as early as possible — timing determines what can be recovered from airlines and hotels.
After visa processing begins
Once a visa application, airline seat or hotel allocation is committed against your name, third-party costs are already incurred and are handled case by case.
Moving to a later departure
Where seats allow, moving to a later round is usually easier than cancelling outright. Ask the office before assuming a cancellation is your only option.
Refund schedule
The exact refund percentages by cancellation window are being finalised with counsel before launch.
Pending counsel review before launch — the quotation or booking confirmation you receive states the terms that currently apply.
