Passport validity
Every traveler needs a passport valid for at least six months beyond the travel date. The system rejects passports that fall short — this is a Saudi entry requirement, not a Zad preference.
Application guarantee
Each application records one guarantee option: a known person, a deposit of 1,000,000 ETB, or a home carta. The guarantee is part of the application file and is chosen during booking.
Package selection
A booking is made against a specific package and departure. Hotel category, nights in Makkah and Madinah, and what is included follow from that selection rather than being negotiated per traveler.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for submitting accurate documents by the stated cutoff, attending the pre-departure briefing, and carrying the emergency card during the journey.
Payments, changes and refunds
Deposit schedules, change fees and refund conditions are being finalised with counsel before launch. Until then, the quotation issued to you states the payment terms that apply.
