Who this applies to
Visitors to zadtravelagency.com, people requesting a quotation, booked travelers, diaspora sponsors paying on behalf of family, and institutional partners using our services.
What we ask for, and when
A quotation needs only travel details: your travel window, number of travelers, package direction and a way to reach you. We deliberately do not ask for passports at this stage.
Passport data, guarantee documents and traveler identity details are collected only after a booking exists, through a private invitation sent to the traveler.
How documents are stored
Passport scans and guarantee documents go into private storage behind authorization checks. They are not sent as ordinary email attachments and are not published on any public page.
Where a diaspora sponsor pays for a traveler, the sponsor sees booking progress by default — not the traveler's passport files — unless operations record an explicit reason to share them.
The emergency address page
Our public emergency page carries hotel addresses and coordinator numbers so a lost pilgrim can be helped by any passer-by. It intentionally contains no traveler names, passport numbers or booking references.
Third parties
Booking an Umrah requires sharing specific traveler data with airlines, Saudi ground partners, hotels and the Saudi visa system. We share the minimum each party needs to perform its part of the journey.
Retention and your rights
Retention periods, deletion requests and the legal basis for each processing purpose are being finalised with counsel before launch.
Pending counsel review before launch — the quotation or booking confirmation you receive states the terms that currently apply.
